What to Expect When You Book with Hannah Hotinski Live Wedding Painting

Once you fill out the enquiry form, I’ll get back to you within 48 hours. If I’m available for your date, I’ll secure your booking with a $500 AUD deposit.

A Personal
Consultation
We’ll have a relaxed phone consultation where we chat through your vision for the painting. If you prefer, I can dream up a beautiful concept for you! This will take place about 1 month before your wedding.

Wedding
Day Setup
I’ll arrive about 2 hours early to set up. I’ll begin by painting the background based on the moment you’ve chosen to be captured. All I need for my workspace is:

A 2m x 2m space

Access to a power outlet for my light & tablet

After the ceremony, we can head to our planned spot for some quick reference photos. Alternatively, I can capture these discreetly during the ceremony itself or at another time that works best for you.

Live Painting
Begins!
I’ll sketch the scene and start bringing the painting to life using the reference photos. Your guests can enjoy watching the artwork unfold throughout the night, and you’re always welcome to pop over for a peek.

Reveal
Before I pack up, I’ll do a special reveal so you can see your painting nearly finished!

Touches
Delivery
While the painting will look mostly complete on the night, I take it home to refine it with an additional 10–20 hours of detail and magic. Once finished and varnished, your artwork will be delivered to you within 3–4 months.
